Previously, Hailey worked as a Marketing Coordinator for TAO Group's Dream Hotels NYC, enhancing customer experience and brand awareness through innovative marketing strategies and event execution. Hailey's career began with internships and roles in marketing and management at various organizations, including Pi Beta Phi Fraternity and Bullfrog & Baum. Hailey holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Tulane University and has furthered education at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business).
