Richard I. has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Richard began their career in 2004 at SETS, where they worked as an Enterprise Solutions specialist until 2006. From there, they joined CME Offshore as a Software Solution Design/ IT infrastructure Administrator. In 2007, Richard joined AIRCOM International as a Pre-Sales-Solution Architect before transitioning to the role of Regional Sales Manager in 2009, a position they held until 2015. After leaving AIRCOM, Richard joined SevOne as a Regional Sales Manager for a year and then moved to Netcracker as an Account Director for a few months. In 2017, Richard returned to AIRCOM International as the Director of Sales. Richard then moved on to Siradel in 2018, where they served as the VP of Sales for North America until early 2019. Currently, Richard is employed as the Sales Director at Ookla since April 2019.

Richard I attended Lebanese University - Faculty of Sciences from 2000 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Applied Mathematics.
