Rachel Betell has a diverse work experience history. In 2017, they started their career as a Bartender at The Hills Club, where they worked until October 2020. Following this, they joined CASTLE HILL COUNTRY CLUB LTD as a Food, Beverage, and Gaming Attendant from December 2020 to November 2021. In November 2021, Rachel transitioned to Steel Builders Pty Ltd as a Detailing Administration Officer, a role they held until March 2022. Currently, they are employed at oOh! as a Campaign Executive, starting in July 2022.

Rachel Betell completed a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus in Literature and Media, Culture, and Communication from Macquarie University. Rachel then pursued further education at the same university and obtained a Graduate Certificate in Editing and Electronic Publishing.
