Emma Masters has had two work experiences. Emma worked as a Business Manager at oOh!media from December 2009 to the present. In this role, they managed clients from direct to boutique agencies. Emma also had their own fashion label called emmajane, where they worked as a Designer and Business owner from September 2010 to May 2015. Emma designed, sourced, created, and sold a successful women's fashion label with garments made in fine silks and unique embellishments.

Emma Masters attended The Peninsula School from 2001 to 2006, where they studied advertising. Emma then went on to RMIT University from 2007 to 2009, where they pursued a degree in Business Advertising.
