Emily Shanks began their work experience in 2012 as a Student Intern at Nepean & Mountains Animal Hospitals, where they worked successfully in a team, monitored patients, and assisted with front desk duties. In 2016, they interned at MediaCom Australia, where they assisted the investment team in actualizing post data for post campaign reports and monitoring TV campaigns. Emily also interned at Premier's New South Wales Export Awards 2016, where they assisted with event preparation and guest management. In 2009, they worked as a Sales Assistant at Fusion Retail Brands Pty Ltd, providing excellent customer service, handling phone queries, and assisting with visual merchandising. Emily then joined MediaCom Australia in 2017 as an Investment Coordinator before being promoted to Investment Executive and eventually Investment Associate Manager. Most recently, they joined oOh! in 2022 as a Strategic Client Solutions Manager.

Emily Shanks has an education history that includes various qualifications and degrees. Emily completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) with a focus on Marketing at Western Sydney University from 2014 to 2017.
