Kerri Grossman possesses a diverse background in retail and e-commerce, currently serving in E-commerce customer care at OOFOS since September 2022. Previous experience includes roles as a Sales Associate at Madewell, where Kerri excelled in customer satisfaction and visual merchandising, and as an Assistant Buyer at the University of Pittsburgh, focusing on apparel for online platforms. Additionally, Kerri worked as an Assistant Accessories Buyer at Wild Goose Chase, managing orders and vendor relations, and gained valuable exposure as a Wholesale Intern at J Rosen Showroom and HATCh Showroom. Kerri holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in International Trade and Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology, earned in 2018.
