FaLon Thomas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and community engagement. As the Founder and Senior Product Manager at Onyx Ocean Technologies, FaLon has successfully led the development and launch of various web and mobile applications, collaborating closely with engineers to translate customer needs into technical requirements. FaLon has also served as a Board Member for WomenNC, promoting gender equity in North Carolina, and provided mentorship at the North Carolina Community Development Initiative, focusing on personal strengths development. Previous roles include Code Instructor at Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, Software Solutions Engineer at Red Hat, Team Lead for Global Client Technical Support at AT&T, and Administrative Intern for the City of Raleigh Municipal Government.
