Alicia Wallace is an experienced Technical Consultant at Onyx Graphics since August 2011, primarily focusing on providing product training and developing course curricula to enhance user experience. Alicia has a long-standing background in education and training, having served as an Adjunct Faculty member at Triton College from January 1987 to May 2019, where curriculum development and instruction in the Graphic Arts program were key responsibilities. Additional roles include instruction and support at Fujifilm Graphic Systems, Eastman Kodak, Creo, DSEA, and SCREEN, with a focus on software training and customer support for various graphic arts and workflow products. Alicia holds an Associate's Degree in Graphic Arts from Triton College.
