Madeline McHugh began their work experience in 2019 as a ClickList Shopper at Kroger. In this role, they were responsible for picking, bagging, and delivering customers' groceries, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction and handling paperwork.

In 2018, Madeline worked as a Student Clerk at Loyola Marymount University.

Starting in 2020, they took on the position of Intern at Mariane Golan & Stefani Blumberg. Their responsibilities included updating client files and resumes, uploading scripts, and organizing Dropbox files. Madeline gained extensive experience using Dropbox, Breakdown Express, and ScreenPlay Online.

Also in 2020, Madeline joined ONYX Films LLC as an Intimacy Coordinator and Head Makeup Artist. Madeline served as an Intimacy Coordinator for projects such as "Noxious" and "Killer Puss," and also worked as a Makeup Artist for "Noxious."

Madeline McHugh pursued their education in Theater Arts, with a focus on Acting, at Loyola Marymount University from 2017 to 2022.
