Monique Stawash is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Fund Controller at Onyx Equities since October 2014, where responsibilities include managing accounting and financial reporting for multiple private debt funds, real estate joint ventures, and a hedge fund with over $1 billion in equity commitments. Prior to this role, Monique held consulting positions at Ares Management and AREA Property Partners LP, as well as serving as Portfolio Controller at The Gale Company, overseeing financial reporting for significant commercial real estate portfolios. Monique's earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Controller at M. Alfieri Co., Inc. and Supervisor at Dorfman Abrams Music, LLC, with a strong background in accounting operations and tax preparation. Monique holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Kean University.
