Aaron Schlessman is a seasoned education professional with extensive experience in partnership development and educational leadership. Currently serving as Senior Director of Partnerships at OnYourMark Education since June 2022, Aaron previously held various roles at Noble Schools, including ELA Teacher, Academic Advisor, Instructional Leader, Athletic Coach, and Assistant Principal from 2012 to June 2022. In 2012, Aaron worked as an Education Outreach Associate at the Chicago Alliance Against Sexual Exploitation. Aaron's earlier experience includes serving as Student Computing Manager at Northeastern Illinois University from 2010 to 2012 and as Lead Technician & Training Supervisor in the US Navy from 2003 to 2009. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Education (EdD) and a Master of Education (MEd) in Educational Policy, Organization, & Leadership from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, along with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Social Justice from Northeastern Illinois University.
