Scott Carver has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Scott is currently the Founder/CEO of onWater, an outdoor recreation platform and app dedicated to the fly fishing community. Prior to onWater, Scott was the CEO of Carver Ventures from 2018. In 1992, they founded and became a partner at Madison Valley Ranch, a premier fly fishing destination and guest ranch in the Rocky Mountain area. Scott also has prior experience as the CEO of PlanSource from 2006 to 2018, and as the SVP at Ceridian from 2002 to 2005. In 1997, they founded SYLINQ and served as its Founder until 2002.

Scott Carver attended Michigan State University from 1975 to 1979, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing.
