Sarah J. Rodehorst has over 20 years of professional experience in the areas of software development, product and program management, market research and strategy, and health care reform. Sarah J. began their career in 1998 as a Software Developer at Lithonia Lighting. In 1999, they held a similar role at Tetra Pak. In 2000, they joined Connecture as a Sr. Director of Government Programs & Health Care Reform CoE, where they identified the market opportunity, built the business case, set strategy and led the launch of Connecture's government division. Sarah J. also held roles as Director of Market Research & Strategy and Product & Program Management. In 2014, Sarah moved to ADP as Sr. Director of Health Care Reform & Client Experience, where they grew and developed the client experience, learning & performance, and organizational readiness teams. In 2016, they founded Rodehorst Solutions as an Executive/Principal Consultant. Most recently, in 2017, they co-founded Onwards HR as Chief Executive Officer. Onwards HR is an end-to-end separations platform that ensures consistent, fair and supportive employee exits.

Sarah J. Rodehorst obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a concentration in Management Information Systems from Miami University between 1993 and 1997. Additionally, they hold two certifications: Certified Health Care Reform Specialist (CHRS) and Pragmatic Marketing Certified.
