Melissa Walsh, CSP, currently serves as the VP and Practice Leader of Sales & Growth Marketing at Onward Search, a position held since September 2021. Prior to this role, Melissa was a Market Manager at Nesco Resource for six months and spent nearly eight years at Aquent, advancing to Director across various divisions including CPG, Beauty, and Financial Services. Earlier experience includes a Branch Manager role at Randstad USA and marketing positions at Members First Credit Union and First Eagle Federal Credit Union. Melissa Walsh holds a Graduate Certificate in Adult Learning: Program Design and Facilitation from CUNY School of Professional Studies and a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Theatre, Costume and Make Up Design, along with Business Marketing and Management from Towson University.
