Kevin Schader has a wide range of work experience in various roles and positions. Kevin worked at Inventures as the Vice President, Ecosystem Development & Collaboration, overseeing executive directors and supporting diverse clients in the start-up and operation of non-profit standards developing organizations in various markets. Kevin also served as the Vice President & Executive Director, managing day-to-day operations and marketing communications for global standards development organizations.

At DoseID, Kevin worked as an Executive Director, providing leadership and support. Kevin also held the position of Executive Director at ONVIF, where they facilitated the development and adoption of standardized interfaces for IP-based physical security products. Similarly, at the Mopria Alliance, they provided executive director services in the development and adoption of mobile printing/scanning standards.

Kevin also worked as the Director of Communications at the SD Association, where they played a role in communication strategies. Kevin served as the Executive Director at the ROEV Association, facilitating the development and adoption of EV charging network interoperability standards.

Furthermore, Kevin held the position of Executive Director at the EMerge Alliance, where they promoted the development and adoption of DC power standards.

Before their work at Inventures, Kevin worked as the Director of Communications at the ZigBee Alliance, responsible for global communications services to promote adoption of Internet of Things specifications and standards. Prior to that, they were a Senior Account Supervisor at GolinHarris, leading accounts in the entertainment, wireless, and software industries. Kevin also worked at Ackermann PR as an Account Manager, focusing on accounts in the aviation, outsourcing, and healthcare industries.

Kevin Schader attended Southern Methodist University from 1995 to 1997, where they received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and International Studies.
