Micaela María Méndez Quinde has a diverse work experience. Micaela María started their career as a Student Intern in Traffic Management at Arriva Spain in March 2019, where they worked until June 2019. Micaela María then joined ABACO Estudios de mercado as an Employee in March 2014 and remained there until November 2018. During this time, they gained experience in market research. In April 2018, they further expanded their skills as a Student Intern in International Purchasing at Grupo SCP Sintersa. Micaela then joined Ontruck in July 2019 as a Traffic Agent and later became a Fleet Analyst in November 2021. Overall, Micaela has accumulated extensive experience in traffic management, market research, and purchasing through their various roles in different companies.

Micaela María Méndez Quinde attended IES Clara del Rey from 2016 to 2018, where they pursued a degree in Grado superior en Comercio Internacional, specializing in Negocios internacionales/Comercio internacional. Subsequently, from 2018 to 2019, they furthered their education at IES Clara del Rey with a degree in Grado superior en transporte y logística, focusing on Transporte y Logistica.
