Franco Stranges is an experienced engineering professional with a focus on data recovery and repair services. Currently serving as an Associated Cleanroom Engineer at Ontrack since December 2017, Franco specializes in diagnosing and resolving failures in storage devices, including hard disks, SSDs, and flash drives, as well as replacing and repairing faulty PCB boards. Prior to this role, Franco worked as an Engineering Assistant, providing technical support for workstation maintenance. Franco's career began at SMART S.r.l. from December 2004 to November 2017, where expertise in Level 2 and Level 3 repairs for various smartphone brands was developed, along with client relations for technical inquiries. Franco holds a Diploma di maturità in Informatica from the Istituto tecnico industriale statale John Maynard Keynes, completed in 2003.
