Sam Bernaerdt has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Sam is currently working as a Software Engineer at ONTOFORCE, a leading Belgian company in semantic technologies. In this role, they have primarily focused on developing the frontend, with some involvement in backend projects as well.

Prior to their current role, Sam founded Pollitely, a solution for fast and effective lead capturing at events, trade shows, and fairs. Sam developed the app using React Native, and worked on frontend using Vue.js and backend using ASP.

Before founding Pollitely, Sam worked as a Mobile Game Developer at La mosca Belgium from 2013 to 2017.

Sam also served as a Tutor Computer Aided Design at Ghent University from 2009 to 2013, and as a Software Engineer at Materialise from 2009 to 2012.

From 2004 to 2009, Sam Bernaerdt attended Ghent University, where they pursued a Master's degree in Engineering: Architecture.
