Pradnya Chacharkar is an experienced UX Designer currently employed at Onto Innovation since February 2024. Previously, Pradnya served as a UX Research Teaching Assistant and UX Design Teaching Assistant at Northeastern University from January 2023 to August 2023, where guidance was provided to students on advanced UX research methodologies and foundational design concepts. Prior internship experience includes a position at Axxess, where UI was re-designed for an Employee Support Application, significantly improving operational efficiency. As a UX Designer/Researcher at the Global Resilience Institute, Pradnya collaborated on solving resilience challenges, and at FitWay, focus was placed on user research and retention experiences in app design. Pradnya also co-founded PC Designs, leading project life cycles and managing stakeholder relations. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Information Systems with a focus on User Experience Design from Northeastern University and a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
