From 1992 to 2019, they worked at Rudolph Technologies in various roles, including Senior Customer Support Manager, Production Manager, and FTC Engineer/Field Service Engineer. During this time, they managed metrology technical support teams, refurbished metrology systems, repaired and tested spares, and coordinated production work. Since 2019, they have been working as a Technical Account Manager at Onto Innovation. Frank Albuquerque obtained a diploma in Electrical Engineering Technologies/Technicians from DeVry Institute of Technology between 1983 and 1985.
