Alexander Furman currently serves as the New Product Introduction Project Manager at Onto Innovation, a position held since December 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as Field Service Engineer at Hitachi, where responsibilities focused on maintenance of DR and CD tools from April 2016 to December 2022, and Metrology Equipment Engineer at Alta Devices, managing daily monitoring and alignment of metrology tools.
