Christopher Smith is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with a robust background in the financial technology sector. As Co-Founder of Ontik since November 2022, Christopher is focused on providing B2B payment solutions for wholesale and distribution merchants. In addition, Christopher serves as an investor in Unison and Hapi App, contributing expertise and capital to innovative ventures. Previously, Christopher held the position of Chief Commercial Officer at FIBR from May 2020 to October 2021, where the focus was on developing accessible funding solutions for small to medium businesses. Before that, Christopher co-founded LendFlo in April 2017 and served as CEO until its acquisition by ABHH in 2020, aimed at supporting SMEs with financial resources. Christopher has also contributed as a Senior Product Strategist at Big Radical from June 2015 to August 2017. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in International Business from Nottingham University Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering in Design and Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Nottingham.
