Philip Werk is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Sales Operations and Continuous Improvement within the aerospace sector. Currently serving as the Senior Sales Ops Manager at Ontic since February 2019, Philip has successfully developed and implemented a strategic plan for Sales Operations while providing updates to the Board of Directors. Prior roles include Sr. Continuous Improvement Specialist at Meggitt PLC, where Philip led Lean Transformation efforts, and Site ACE Coordinator at UTC Aerospace Systems, driving the transition to Lean practices. Additional experience includes positions focused on continuous improvement and engineering, starting as a Continuous Improvement Specialist at Goodrich Sensor Systems and as a Wind Tunnel Test Engineer II. Philip holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
