Kathryn Brooke-Dean is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Head of Communications and Employee Experience at Ontic since May 2022. With a strong background in internal communications and employee engagement, Kathryn has previously held significant positions such as Senior Internal Communications Manager at Babcock International Group and Senior Communications Manager at Thames Water. Kathryn's career spans various organizations, including Defra, AWE, Swindon Borough Council, Capita, the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, and the European Commission, where expertise in strategic communications, stakeholder management, and change management has been demonstrated.
