Jessica Mattock MCIPD is currently the Human Resources Director at Ontic, bringing with their a wealth of experience in HR roles at companies such as Moog Aircraft, West Unified Communications Services, and Stroud & Swindon Building Society. With a strong background in employee relations, recruitment, and HR service delivery, Jessica has worked in various HR positions, ranging from HR Officer to Director Human Resources EMEA. Through their education at the University of Gloucestershire and University of Derby, Jessica has obtained a Post Grad in CIPD and a BA in Human Resources and Marketing.
