Dave Jacobson is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in providing legal services and compliance support across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Ontic since January 2023, Dave has previously held key roles including Global Contract Risk Compliance Lead for Cummins Inc. in Latin America and Legal Consultant for Wells Fargo, where responsibilities included managing legal and compliance analysis for international activities. As an Independent Consultant from April 2009 to February 2022, Dave focused on projects related to the United States and Brazil, such as pre-export finance and distressed assets. Dave's extensive career also includes leadership positions at Cargill and Bank of America Leasing, along with significant experience in equipment finance.
