Caroline Barclay currently serves as the Operational Finance Manager at OnTheMarket since October 2020, following a TUPE transfer from Whiteleys Accountants. Caroline manages a team of five, overseeing management accounts, payroll, billing, and processes for over 8,000 estate agents and developers monthly. Previously, Caroline held the same title in the Outsourcing Department at Whiteleys Accountants, where responsibilities included billing management and finance processes with a team of four. Earlier roles included Finance Manager at VIDELIO MEDIA LIMITED, focusing on management accounts, cash management, and project accounting, as well as finance positions at Aastra Telecom and temporary finance roles. Caroline also brings extensive experience from a 14-year tenure at Citigroup Global Markets Limited, where the role as Vice President involved advising on trading strategies in Energy Futures. Education was completed at Brigidine Convent, Windsor.
