Jack J. Illare III is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in technology, real estate, and financial consulting. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board at Ontheline Corporation since January 2021, Jack is focused on developing an innovative internet and mobile platform that enhances user privacy while leveraging advanced advertising tools in the digital space. Additionally, Jack has been the President and CEO of AFO Research Inc. since 2001, managing various technology-based R&D projects, and is a Licensed Realtor specializing in commercial real estate at Peters & Company Real Estate. Previously, Jack served as Managing Director at J3 Partners and spent 13 years as Senior Vice President of Institutional Sales at Whale Securities Co LP. Jack holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business and has a diverse educational background with prior studies at Poly Prep, St Francis Cabrini, and Xaverian High School.
