Sourabh Khuntia has a diverse work experience. Sourabh started as a Programmer Analyst at Mindtree in 2011, where they developed data mining applications and analytics solutions for a multicurrency cash settlement system. Sourabh then worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Mindtree in 2013, where they performed similar duties and also monitored the ticket queue and resolved incidents.

In 2015, Sourabh had a summer internship at ITC Limited, where they developed marketing strategies and located non-serviced outlets.

In 2016, Sourabh joined Cognizant as a Senior Associate, where they built advanced analytics models and solutions for clients. Sourabh worked closely with the business team to identify the right business objectives and data required. Sourabh was also part of a team that developed complex algorithms and brought innovative ideas to clients. Sourabh continued working at Cognizant until 2022, where they also served as a Project Manager.

In 2022, Sourabh joined Deloitte as a Manager in the Consulting team, where they worked until 2023.

Starting in 2023, Sourabh will be working as a Data Engineering Lead at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan.

Sourabh Khuntia completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Xavier Institute of Management (XIM Bhubaneswar) from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha, where they studied from 2007 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Sourabh has obtained several certifications. In 2022, they completed the "Natural Language Processing with Classification and Vector Spaces" course from Coursera. In 2021, they earned the certification of "Tableau Desktop Specialist" from Tableau and became a "Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate" through Microsoft. In 2020, they obtained the "Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)" certification from Scrum.org. Sourabh also has certifications in "Applied Machine Learning" from Wiley-VCH, earned in 2016, and "AMCAT Certified Business Analyst" from Aspiring Minds, obtained in 2014.
