Shawn Zhang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solution and quality engineering within the finance sector, currently serving as Director of Solution and Quality Engineering at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan since August 2011. Zhang has successfully built and led high-performing teams, overseeing over 30 direct reports and managing critical areas including integrated market and credit risk. Prior experience includes leading the design and implementation of enterprise risk systems and developing stress testing applications at HOOPP and previous roles at OTPP.
