Rachel Noonan is an experienced professional in animal care and social services. Rachel has served as an Animal Control Officer and Animal Care Attendant at the Ontario SPCA since December 2016. Additionally, Rachel is the owner of A Bit at a Time Coaching & Horsemanship and has been an instructor at Creditview Stables, both positions held since February 2011. Rachel holds a BA (Honours) in Women's Studies from Queen's University, obtained between 2004 and 2008, and a Diploma in Social Service Work from George Brown College.
