Maureen Lilley is an experienced Registered Veterinary Technician with expertise in animal health management and wildlife rehabilitation. Since April 2017, Maureen has overseen the medical and behavioral health of animals at the Ontario SPCA, developing enrichment programs and delivering training to staff and volunteers. Concurrently, Maureen has been involved with the Ontario Turtle Conservation Centre since May 2009, providing medical care for Ontario's native turtle species while promoting conservation and public awareness initiatives. Prior roles include serving as a Basic Wildlife Rehabilitation Seminar Instructor for the National Wildlife Rehabilitators Association, Wildlife Rehabilitation Manager at the Toronto Wildlife Centre, and various veterinary technician positions at Earth Rangers and Riverside Pet Hospital. Maureen's educational background includes a Teaching and Training Adults degree from Georgian College, a Volunteer Management Leadership Certificate from Humber College, and a Veterinary Technology Diploma from St. Lawrence College, among other certifications.
