Heather R. Gregg is a customer experience specialist at Ontario International Airport since November 2022. Previous experience includes serving as a control room operator at JBT AeroTech, where responsibilities involved monitoring the Baggage Handling System and responding to technological issues, as well as a dispatcher at Diverse Facility Solutions, facilitating communication among airport personnel and handling operational occurrences. Prior roles also include providing high-security cleaning for TSA at Ontario International Airport and custodial work at Disney Parks & Resorts. Heather R. Gregg holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design and Visual Communications from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and an Associate of Arts in Fine/Studio Arts from Mt. San Antonio College.
