Tanya Oskam is an experienced professional in community development and education, currently serving as an Education Experience Producer at the Ontario HIV Treatment Network since December 2021. In this role, Tanya plays a key part in the Knowledge Translation team, focusing on the transfer of evidence and practices among partners. Prior to this position, Tanya contributed to the Trauma and Violence Aware Care Healing Program at Women's College Hospital as a Research Assistant, emphasizing inclusivity and social justice for women living with HIV. Tanya's previous roles include Community Support Coordinator at NABORS, Research & Development Assistant at Algoma University, and Volunteer Services Coordinator at WoodGreen Community Services, each aimed at enhancing community engagement and support. Tanya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Community Development from Algoma University and a Diploma in Community Work from George Brown College.
