Bonnie Lemcke is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Manager of Credit Analysis and Rating Relations at the Ontario Financing Authority since May 2014, where responsibilities include managing relationships with credit rating agencies, assessing credit risk through research and analysis, and overseeing collateral monitoring. Additionally, Bonnie holds the position of President at the Toronto Association for Business and Economics since August 2015. Prior experience includes a role as Manager of Economic Forecasting at the Ontario Ministry of Finance from 1991 to 2014, providing risk analysis and leading a team in macroeconomic research, as well as serving as Manager of Investor Relations at the Ontario Financing Authority from December 2011 to December 2012. Bonnie Lemcke holds both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master's in Economics from the University of Toronto.
