Susanna Zagar has extensive experience in executive leadership roles within the public sector. Susanna started their career in 2000 as an Assistant Deputy Minister at the Ontario Ministry of Labour, where they were responsible for policy and dispute resolution services. In 2008, they joined the Ontario Government as the Associate Deputy Minister for Infrastructure, where they oversaw public infrastructure renewal programs and managed the provincial real estate portfolio.
