Teodora Ajanovska-Gligorova is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program coordination and education. Currently serving as the Program Coordinator for Member Education at the Ontario Dental Association since December 2020, Teodora previously held the role of Professional Development Coordinator at the Ontario Pharmacists Association, where responsibilities included organizing over 50 continuous education programs for healthcare professionals. With a background that includes significant roles in various educational and child rights advocacy initiatives, Teodora has coordinated projects for the Foundation Open Society - Macedonia and Save the Children Macedonia, focusing on the education and rights of marginalized groups. Teodora holds a Master of Education from the University of Toronto and a Master of Arts in Human Rights from Central European University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy.
