Dmitrii Bykov possesses a robust background in customer service and technology, currently serving as a Software Trainer and Technical Support Analyst at the Ontario College of Pharmacists since May 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Customer Service Associate at PenguinPickUp and an Information Technology Intern at the Ontario College of Pharmacists. Dmitrii has also worked in various customer-facing positions, including a Produce Clerk at FRESHCO, LTD., a Food Delivery Driver for Uber Eats, and a Server Assistant at Tabülè Middle Eastern Cuisine. Dmitrii began a career in the service industry as a Barista at Starbucks and briefly operated as a Sales Representative at EF International Language Campuses. Dmitrii holds a 3-year diploma in Computer Engineering Technologies/Technicians from Seneca Polytechnic, completed in 2023, and attended the Higher School of Economics between 2018 and 2019.
