Zeena Shelal, MD, currently serves as the Director of Business Development for Ontada, specializing in Life Science Partnerships and Oncology since July 2023. Concurrently, Zeena Shelal holds the position of Development Innovations Director at the Sarah Cannon Research Institute, responsible for pipeline forecasting and collaboration on trial prioritization. Prior experience includes a tenure as Director of Business Development at McKesson and a significant role at MD Anderson Cancer Center, where responsibilities encompassed managing clinical trials, database integration, and research compliance. Zeena Shelal's earlier career includes serving as a Physician in Gynecologic Oncology at Babylon General Teaching Hospital and working as an interpreter, demonstrating a strong foundation in medical and clinical research expertise. Zeena Shelal obtained an MD from the University of Babylon and is currently pursuing further education at UTHealth Houston.
