Andrew Border is a seasoned technical communicator with extensive experience in instructional design, training, and documentation. Currently working at Ontada since March 2020, Andrew previously held roles at Orange Logic as a Technical Trainer, where responsibilities included instructional design and editing documentation, and at Extron as a Technical Writer, collaborating with engineering and product teams to create user-facing documentation. Prior experience includes serving as a Lead Writer for GeekOutpost.com, where Andrew significantly increased website traffic, and as an In Store Trainer at Apple, developing and presenting training materials for a diverse employee base. Andrew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English from California State University, Fullerton.
