Joe Shurman is an experienced project manager with a strong background in change management and project consulting. Currently serving as Project Manager IV at Centene Corporation since February 2019, Joe has also held roles such as Project Manager III within the Buckeye Health Plan Project Management Office and consultant positions at TEKsystems and Buckeye Health Plan, Inc. Prior experience includes significant roles at Nationwide Insurance, where Joe served as Change Practitioner - OCM Change Lead, Sales Project Manager, and Marketing Project Manager, among others. Joe holds a Masters Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University, a BS in Information Technology from DeVry Institute of Technology, a BS in Marketing and Business Management from Franklin University, and additional education from The Keller Graduate School of Management and The Ohio State University.
