Tim Spellman has a work experience spanning over several years. Tim started their career at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in 2005, where they worked as an Assistant Branch Manager until 2010. Following that, they joined Etkin & Co. as a Site Manager from 2011 to 2013. Tim then moved on to Penske Vehicle Services, where they held the position of Sr. Analyst from 2013 to 2018. Currently, they are employed at OnSite Fleet, LLC as a Site Operations Manager, starting from October 2018.

Tim Spellman holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Management from Western Michigan University. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including "Prioritizing Your Tasks" and "Unconscious Bias" from LinkedIn, both obtained in January 2021, and "Setting Team and Employee Goals Using SMART Methodology" obtained from LinkedIn in August 2020.
