Becci McNeely currently serves as the Director of Operations for Entertainment and Specialized Services at Onsite, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Becci worked at Evoke Therapy Programs from September 2020 to November 2023, initially as Admissions and Outreach before transitioning to Field Staff, where responsibilities included ensuring the well-being of adolescents and young adults facing emotional challenges. Becci held multiple roles at Trail's End Camp from May 2014 to August 2020, including Tour/Enrollment and Retreat Director, managing a team of over 30 and leading enrollment efforts, as well as overseeing various movement-based programs. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant Manager at Hanmer Springs Forest Camp, where event programs were led for large groups, and as an Associate Artist for Dillon Dance Company, focusing on choreography and instruction. Becci holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Roehampton and is currently pursuing further education in Somatic Experiencing International.
