Cory Hall is an experienced professional in the field of information technology with a strong background in service management. Currently serving as a Service Manager at Onshore Outsourcing since January 2018, Cory has developed expertise in overseeing service operations. Prior experience includes multiple roles at TTEC from October 2012 to August 2017, including Information Technology Supervisor, Reporting Specialist, and Assistant Team Lead. Cory holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Missouri State University.
