Brandon D'Souza is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in software development and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at OnScreen since December 2021, Brandon previously held the position of Technical Lead at HCL Technologies from May 2020 to November 2021. Earlier career experiences include Senior Software Engineer at IMAGINATE and Senior Software Developer at Creative Capsule, where Brandon contributed to system design, task estimation within scrum teams, and client communication for specification clarification. Brandon began the career as a Junior Software Developer, initially focusing on product domain knowledge and automation testing in Selenium. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Goa Engineering College, completed in 2014.
