Nigel Braganza is a proficient Strategy Manager at Onramp, responsible for strategic partnership development with various industry entities, including exchanges and payment processors, since March 2023. Prior to this role, Nigel served as a Customer Success Manager at Decentro and as Lead of Customer Success at Vauld, where responsibilities included account management, competitor analysis, and strategies for churn reduction. Nigel also held roles focused on customer satisfaction and process improvement, alongside vendor management and training initiatives. Previous experience includes a brief stint in Pre Sales at Kapture CRM and positions as Junior Manager and Graduate Engineering Trainee at JSW Cement.
