Juan Lussich has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Juan started their career in 2006 as a Productivity Analyst at Group RCI and worked there until 2008. Juan then joined Gomifer S.A as a Financial Manager from June 2008 to October 2009. Next, they worked at Tata Consultancy Services as a Senior Analyst from October 2009 to November 2010. Juan then joined Leadgate, where they worked as a part of the Origination Team from November 2010 to February 2013. In 2013, they became a Partner at LTA Auditores Consultores y Asesores, where they still hold the role. In 2018, Juan Lussich joined OnPoint as a Senior VP Finance-Latam, where they currently work.

Juan Lussich completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Licenciado en Economia (Bachelor's degree in Economics) from Universidad de Montevideo, where they studied from 2003 to 2006.
