Rob O'Toole has extensive experience in clinical research and consulting, currently serving as Principal at OnPoint Clinical since March 2011, where the focus is on providing staffing solutions to the biopharmaceutical, CRO, and medical device industries. Prior to this, Rob O'Toole was Principal at Synergy Services LLC, offering consulting in clinical research, finance, and IT from April 2009 to April 2013. As Co-Founder of Precept Life Sciences, Rob O'Toole contributed to addressing market needs in human capital for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors from January 2001 to April 2009. Earlier roles include Co-Founder of Precept Technology, an IT consultancy in Washington, DC, and Area Sales Manager at IMI Systems in the San Francisco Bay Area. Rob O'Toole also held positions as Branch Manager at Vista RMS and Analyst at TMC Mortgage. Rob O'Toole holds a Bachelor's degree from Virginia Tech, obtained between 1986 and 1990.
