Tim Severio has a diverse work experience starting from 1990. Tim began their career at ExxonMobil as a Technical Lead, where they conducted chemical plant unit operations and took on loan assignments as a Safety Facilitator and Project Manager. Tim then joined Exxonmobil Global Services Company in 2013 as a GREF Site Lead, managing HVAC and Real Estate Projects, as well as overseeing contractors performing maintenance on building systems. In 2017, Tim moved to CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) EMEA as an Engineering Operations Manager. Tim then joined Johnson Controls in 2018 as a Service Manager. Currently, Tim is working at Onpoint Industrial Services as a Project Manager.
