Virginia Newman has worked in a range of roles since 2013. Virginia began their career as a Business Manager at James Hardie in 2013, followed by a role as Business Office Manager at Patagonia from 2016 to 2019. In 2019, they moved to Procter & Gamble as a Business Development Manager, and in 2022 they became a Senior Account Executive at OnPlan, where they work to automate tedious processes and centralize data.

Virginia Newman has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from San Diego State University.
